Installation

If your home has never had TCW fiber service, we will need to run a fiber cable to your home. This entire process typically takes around 8 days.

We will plan the route of the cable to your home and call 811 to have your utilities marked (4-5 days).

We will run a fiber cable to your home, bury it, and place a network box on the side of your home (2-3 days).

A technician will come to your home to install your service. This includes running a fiber cable from the network box to the inside of your home and setting up your router.
